废弃电器电子产品中塑料老化及其性能修复研究

摘要 随着废弃电器电子产品产生量的增多,由此也造成非常严重的环境问题。丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)、聚丙烯(PP)等作为废弃电器电子产品中含量最多的高分子材料,其在自然条件下很难降解,直接填埋带来的二次环境污染可能性很大,加之其直接焚烧会产生大量有毒有害气体,针对这些废塑料的不当处理,将给环境带来了严重的负担。因此,有必要对这些废塑料进行回收利用,这既能节约不可再生资源又能缓解环境压力。本文归纳了影响ABS、HIPS、PP等塑料的老化作用因素及老化对分子结构和宏观性能的影响,并基于此总结了近几年国内外学者们对这些废塑料的性能修复的研究。 With the increase of waste electrical and electronic products,it caused serious environmental problems.Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene(ABS),High Impact Polystyrene(HIPS)and Polypropylene(PP)were the most abundant of plastics of WEEE,which were difficult to degrade under natural conditions.In addition,direct incineration would produce a large number of toxic and harmful gases,which was a great burden on the environment.Therefore,it was necessary to recycle these waste plastics,which can save unrenewable resources and relieve environmental pressure.In this paper,the aging factors and the influence of aging on molecular structure and mechanical properties of ABS,HIPS,PP were studied,based on the above,the researches on the performance repair of these waste plastics in recent years were summarized.
