摘要
对地方应用型高校二级学院本科教育教学工作进行评价,对推进高校分类评价,改进本科教育教学评价,完善高校本科教育内部质量保障体系,提升本科人才培养质量具有十分重要的意义。通过分析地方应用型高校二级学院本科教育教学的内涵及本质属性,根据这些属性特点的现象性、外观表现确定了本科教育教学成效、德育效果、专业与课程建设、教师队伍、教学管理与改革、创新教育与实践教学、教学特色等7个一级指标和34个观测点,运用层次分析法计算指标权重并排序,为实施地方应用型高校二级学院本科教育教学评价提供参考。
The evaluation of undergraduate teaching and educationin secondary colleges of Local ap-plied universities is of great significance for promoting the classified evaluation of colleges and univer-sities,improving the evaluation of undergraduate teaching and education,perfecting the internal quali-ty assurance system of undergraduate education in colleges and universities,and improving the under-graduate trainingquality.By analyzing the connotation and essential attributes of undergraduate teach-ing and education in secondary colleges of local applied universities,7 first-level indicators and 34 observation points,including undergraduate teaching and education effect,moral education effect,spe-cialty and curriculum construction,teachers team,teaching management and reform,innovative educa-tion and practical teaching,and teaching characteristics,are determined according to the phenomenali-ty and appearance of these attribute characteristics.Ahp is used to calculate and rank the index weight,which provides reference for the implementation of undergraduate teaching and educationeval-uation of secondary colleges in local applied universities.
