延长定靖含蜡原油管线加热输送流动特性研究

摘要 针对延长定靖含蜡原油管线清管周期频繁的运行问题,以延长油田含蜡原油为研究对象,利用实验分析,测量原油组分、物理性质和流变性,确定了最佳热处理温度及流变特性;为准确分析管线的温降与压降,采用实验与理论分析相结合开展研究,以最佳热处理温度为首站管输温度进行分析。研究表明,原油最佳热处理温度为75℃、析蜡点为51℃、反常点为32℃,获得热处理后全线的温降、压降特性,确定管输最优热处理温度及在最优热处理温度下管输流动特性。研究成果为含蜡原油管道的安全可靠运行提供实验支撑与科学依据。 In view of the operation problem of frequent pigging cycle of Dingjing waxy crude oil pipeline,taking the waxy crude oil in Yanchang Oilfield as the research candidate,the best heat treatment temperature and rheological characteristics were determined by measuring its crude oil composition,physical properties and rheological properties through experimental analysis.In order to accurately analyze the temperature drop and pressure drop of the pipeline,the combination of experiment and theoretical analysis was carried out for this research,taking the optimum heat treatment temperature as the initial station pipeline transportation temperature for analysis.The research shows that the optimal heat treatment temperature of crude oil is 75℃,the wax precipitation point is 51℃,and the abnormal point is 32℃.The temperature drop and pressure drop characteristics of the whole pipeline after heat treatment are obtained,and the optimal heat treatment temperature of pipeline transportation and the flow characteristics of pipeline transportation under the optimal heat treatment temperature are determined,providing experimental support and scientific basis for the safe and reliable operation of waxy crude oil pipeline.
