低渗高凝油藏堵塞机理及解堵增产技术研究 被引量:19

摘要 针对潍北低渗高凝油藏油井产能低、注水状况差等难题,对储层原油特性及储层的敏感性进行了评价研究,进而对油藏堵塞机理及解堵增产技术进行了分析研究,并开展了现场试验。研究表明:该油藏储层水敏比较严重;油藏堵塞机理主要为有机堵塞、水敏堵塞、冷伤害堵塞以及固体颗粒堵塞;对应于油藏的堵塞类型,推荐采用化学溶解和电磁加热、酸压或高能气体压裂及水力压裂进行解堵,同时还应优化入井流体的温度。现场试验表明,井底电磁炉可对准油层加热,解堵效果较好,且油井很少热洗;油井压裂后,可增产3倍以上,增产效果明显;注热水保持油层温度和压力,达到了储层解堵和提高储层吸水能力的目的。 Weibei low permeability and high pour point oil reservoir has problems of low production and poor water injection status.This paper addresses the study on oil property,reservoir sensitivity,plugging mechanism and plugging removal techniques,as well as field tests conducted.The study shows that this reservoir is severely water-sensitive;the reservoir plugging mechanisms include organic plugging,water-sensitive plugging,cold damage plugging and solid particle plugging.Plugging removal techniques are recommended pursuant to the type of plugging,including chemical dissolution and electromagnetic heating,acid fracturing or high energy gas fracturing.Also,the temperature of inflow fluid should be optimized.Field tests show that heating the reservoir with electromagnetic oven at bottom hole is an effective way of plugging removal,which seldom needs hot washing;after fracturing,oil production can be increased more than 3 times,showing remarkable response;reservoir temperature and pressure can be maintained by injecting hot water,thus attained the goal of plugging removal and improved water intake capacity.
