摘要
为防范危险化学品企业中央控制室供电系统的安全风险,保障其发挥安全生产的重要作用,通过用电设备对电源可靠性、可用性要求进行分析,提出主要用电设备的供电方案设计思路。对中央控制室分布式控制系统(DCS)不间断电源装置(UPS)冗余方式的工作原理及性能特性进行研究,阐述了几种常见UPS冗余方式的性能特点及应用现状。采用冗余方式可提升供电可靠性。从可靠性、可用性、可维护性综合性能分析,得出单机双母线系统性冗余UPS结构是较好的中央控制室特别重要负荷供电方式。该研究为危险化学品生产、存储企业的“四区分离”项目改造和类似项目建设提供参考,避免其在供电方案设计过程中的失误。
To prevent the safety risk of the power supply system in the central control room of hazardous chemical enterprises and to guarantee its important role in safe production,the analysis of power supply reliability and availability requirements of power-using equipment is used to propose the design ideas of power supply schemes for major power-using equipment.The working principle and performance characteristics of the redundancy method for the distributed control system(DCS)of the central control room uninterruptible power supply(UPS)are studied,and the performance characteristics and application status of several common UPS redundancy methods are explained.The use of redundancy methods can improve the reliability of power supply.From the comprehensive performance analysis of reliability,availability,and maintainability,it is concluded that a single double-bus systemic redundant UPS structure is a better way to supply power to particularly important loads in central control rooms.The study provides a reference for“four-zone separation”project renovation and similar project construction of hazardous chemical production and storage enterprises to avoid mistakes in the power supply scheme design process.
