摘要
介绍了ISA-TR84.00.02规范中对关键过程误停车率(STR)的计算方法 ,给出了能承受的STR判断方法。根据具体案例,分别对普通仪表和经过安全完整性等级(SIL)认证的仪表组成的安全仪表功能(SIF)回路的STR进行了计算,对比了不同的"Moo N"结构的SIF回路的STR。分析接线箱、浪涌保护器、安全栅、继电器对SIF回路STR的影响,结合工程实际,给出SIF回路设计的建议。
Calculation of spurious trip rate (STR) in ISA- TR84. 00. 0Z is mtroduceo. Resolution of endurable STR is put forward. According to specific case, STR for common instrument and safety instrumented function (SIF) loop combined with certified safety integrity level (SIL) instruments are calculated respectively. STR of SIF loop with different MooN structures are compared. Influence of junction box, surge protective device, safety barrier and relay to SIF loop are studied. Suggestions on SIF loop design is approached with combination of engineering practice.
