摘要
针对炼化装置的现状,以减少非计划停车,增加效益,保障装置安全为目的,对6大石油化工企业炼化装置近3年安全仪表系统相关的非计划停车情况进行了调研,并进行了统计分析,为企业制定合理的安全仪表系统维护和管理提出一些建议。
In allusion to the status of refining device and in order to reduce non-planned parking, increase efficiency and guarantee the safety of the device, the investigation and statistical analysis of non-planned parking relating to recent 3 years＇ safety instrument system of refining devices of six large petrochemical enterprises is carried out to propose some suggestions for formulating safety instrument system maintenance and management for the enterprises.
