摘要
炼油厂仪表供电设计应遵循设计规范,但是,规范条款偏重原则性、通用性,在同一原则下会有多种方案,存在优化选择的问题。仪表供电负荷种类繁多,用途不一,设计规范不可能面面俱到。由于仪表供电点多面广,就业界普遍关心或存在争议的部分内容进行梳理、总结,主要包括中心控制室供电方案、现场机柜室供电方案、供电设计注意事项等。
Instrument power supply design in refinery should follow the design specification. But the specification terms mainly stress on principle and generality. There will be many solutions under the same principle. There is a problem of optimization and selection. The instrument power loads are various with completely different application purposes. The design specification can't meet all requirements for every side. As instrument power supply is various, general concern or controversial issues in industry are reviewed and summarized, mainly including power supply solution of central control room (CCR) and field auxiliary room (FAR), power supply design considerations, etc.
