摘要
采用扎根理论方法,对移动医疗APP的用户评价数据进行定性分析,探索用户满意度影响因素。结果显示:在突发公共卫生事件情境下,医生素质、隐私忧虑、感知风险性、感知有用性、感知易用性、服务机制、公益活动、平台设计、信息提供、隐私保护、线上线下关系等因素共同作用,对移动医疗APP用户满意度产生影响。据此,提出提升移动医疗APP用户满意度的思考与建议。
The method of grounded theory was used to qualitatively analyze the user evaluation data of mobile medical APP,and explore the influencing factors of user satisfaction.The results showed that in the context of public health emergencies,the factors such as doctor quality,privacy concerns,perceived risk,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,service mechanisms,public welfare activities,platform design,information provision,privacy protection,and the relationships of online and offline jointly affected the user satisfaction of mobile medical APP.Based on this,this article proposes considerations and suggestions for improving user satisfaction of mobile medical APP.
