摘要
从医患沟通的内涵及现状入手提出问题,即公立医院必然要求构建医患沟通模式;基于马斯洛需求层次理论深入分析问题,即对公立医院医患沟通主体进行需求分析;分别从满足沟通双方(医方与患方)需求的双视角探索问题解决之道,为公立医院构建科学、合理的医患沟通模式提供新的思路和实践,并取得了初步成效。
Based on the introduction of the connotation and the present situation of doctor-patient communication, i.e. public hospitals must be required to construct the model of doctor-patient communication; and based on the analysis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, i.e. analysis of needs must be required related to the subject of doctor-patient communication in public hospitals,the solution of the problem from the perspectives of the two sides is promoted,i.e. the hospital and the patients should provide new ways and practice for public hospitals in constructing scientific and reasonable model of doctor-patient communication. Initial results have been achieved.
