摘要
通过对北京市仁和医院2007年6月~2008年6月2400人次门诊和住院患者的调查,总结出患者的医疗需求基本围绕可信的医疗技术水平,快捷便利、质优价廉的医疗服务,需要了解、重视、同情和关爱以及对相关疾病知识的了解这几方面。医院根据为患者服务的定位,为最大限度满足患者需求,采取了相关对策、措施,并取得良好成效。
According to the investigation about 2 400 outpatients and inpatients between June 2007 and June 2008 in Renhe Hospital, patients's requirements were summarized.They were believable medical technical level;quick, convenient, high-quality and low-price service;demand of understanding, recognition, sympathy, love and the knowledge of relevant illness.On the basis of the respect to the patients, in order to satisfy patients's requirements maximally, the hospital took relevant measures and gained good effects.
