乡村教师留任意愿的教育生活史研究——基于互动仪式链理论 被引量:1

A Study on Rural Teachers Willingness to Stay in Jobs Through their Educational Life History:From the Perspective of the Theory of Interactive Ritual Chain

摘要 提升教师留任意愿是当前乡村教师队伍建设的难题。基于积极主义视角,采用柯林斯的互动仪式链理论,以教育生活史方法纵向、动态地挖掘乡村留任教师——T老师的心路历程,发现情感能量是支撑T老师成为“心甘情愿留任者”的内在动力,实质是乡村学校营造互动仪式的质量。提升乡村教师留任意愿需重视情感纬度,情感留人可以从改善教师人际生态、构筑成才通道等路径入手。 Enhancing teachers willingness to stay in rural areas is a difficult problem in rural teaching force development.Based on the perspective of positivism,we drew on Collins Theory of Interactive Ritual Chain to explore the mental journey of teacher T,a rural retained teacher,in a longitudinal and dynamic study using the method of educational life history.It is found that emotional energy is the internal motivation supporting Teacher T to become a“willing stayer in rural area”,and the acquisition of which is the quality of the interactive rituals created by rural schools.The study reveals that to enhance rural teachers willingness to stay,we need to pay attention to the emotional dimension,and emotional retention can be achieved by improving teachers interpersonal ecology and building a professional development channel.
