摘要
球形堆积相变储能罐利用分散布置的相变储能球体进行充/释能,传热过程快且瞬时特性明显,但由于分散式结构,其装置整体的动态相变传热过程的快速模拟存在难点。本文针对球形堆积相变储能罐系统的充/释能过程,通过ε-NTU和热阻-热容传热网络模型,建立了用于快速求解系统动态传热过程的解析模型,并对蓄冷和蓄热两种工况实验进行了模拟验证。结果表明,模型计算得到的传热流体出口侧温度与实测数据吻合,预测的总传热量误差为-7.55%~6.86%。依据验证后的模型,分析了储能罐尺寸和相变材料总量不变情况下,球壳厚度、球壳导热系数和孔隙率对系统平均传热速率的影响,为球形堆积相变储能罐的设计和应用提供理论指导。
The spherical stacked phase change energy storage tank uses dispersed arranged phase change energy storage spheres to charge/release thermal energy.It has a fast heat transfer process and obviously instantaneous characteristics.However,due to the dispersed structure,the rapid simulation of the dynamic phase change heat transfer process of the whole device becomes difficult.In this paper,an analytical model for rapidly solving the dynamic heat transfer process of spherical bulk phase change storage tank system is established by means ofε-NTU and thermal resistance-heat capacity heat transfer network models.The simulation verification is carried out under two conditions:cold thermal energy storage and thermal energy storage.The results show that the calculated temperature at the outlet side of the heat transfer fluid is in good agreement with the measured data.The predicted total heat transfer error is-7.55%~6.86%.According to the validated model,the influence of spherical shell thickness,thermal conductivity and porosity on the average heat transfer rate of the system is analyzed under the condition that the size of the storage tank and the total amount of phase change materials are unchanged,which provides theoretical guidance for the design and application of the spherical stacked phase change energy storage tank.
