摘要
本文综述了相变材料的发展及蓄冷空调系统的应用研究,介绍了混合蓄冷空调系统、相变蓄冷型太阳能空调系统、相变蓄冷型潜热输送空调系统的研究进展;总结了相变蓄冷技术在果蔬采后预冷、食品冷藏运输和贮藏保鲜等环节的研究现状。发现相变蓄冷技术在制冷行业应用中存在的问题,为相变材料的改进、蓄冷系统的优化提供思路。
The development of phase materials and the application research of cold storage air conditioning systems are reviewed in this paper.The research progress of mixed cold-storage air-conditioning system,solar air-conditioning system of cold storage and phase change cold storage air-conditioning system with latent heat transfer are introduced.The research status of phase change cool storage technology in post-harvest precooling of fruits and vegetables,refrigerated transport,storage and preservation of food are summarized.It is found that there are some problems in the application of phase change storage technology in refrigeration industry,which provides ideas for the improvement of phase change materials and the optimization of cold storage system.
