摘要
储能作为平抑新能源发电、降低大规模新能源接入对电网造成冲击的重要手段,随着我国“双碳”政策的提出以及新型电力系统的指引已经成为一种不可或缺的调节新能源的手段。针对储能行业发展的态势,从储能技术的优势和价值展开论述,从技术层面对电化学储能、物理机械储能和新型储能技术的特点和应用需求进行分析,梳理全国强配储能政策以及储能补贴政策,从不同的角度论证了储能发展的必要性并为不同类型的储能技术工程应用提供理论依据。
Energy storage is an important means to suppress new energy generation and reduce the impact of large-scale new energy integration on the grid.With the introduction of my country s dual-carbon policy and the guidance of new power systems,it has become an indispensable means of regulating new energy..In view of the development trend of the energy storage industry,this article discusses the advantages and value of energy storage technology,and analyzes the characteristics and application requirements of electrochemical energy storage,physical machinery storage and new energy storage technology from the technical level,and sorts out the whole country The strong allocation of energy storage policies and energy storage subsidy policies demonstrate the necessity of energy storage development from different perspectives and provide a theoretical basis for different types of energy storage technology engineering applications.
