摘要
目的:评价保健食品健糖保本草菁萃(JTB)降糖降脂功效,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:降血糖功效评价:建立四氧嘧啶诱导的小鼠糖尿病模型,测定糖尿病模型小鼠的空腹血糖值、糖耐量、血糖曲线下面积等指标,以此来判断JTB的降血糖功效。降血脂功效评价:建立混合型大鼠高血脂模型,不禁食采血测定高血脂模型大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、氧化型高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Ox-HDL)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(OX-LDL)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)、载脂蛋白β(Apo-β)水平等指标,以此来判断JTB降血脂功效。结果:JTB对正常小鼠血糖无影响,高剂量长期给予JTB能改善糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖水平;JTB能明显提高高血脂模型大鼠血清的HDL-C、Apo-A1含量,对TC、TG、LDL-C、OX-HDL、OX-LDL、Apo-β水平无明显影响。结论:健糖保本草菁萃有一定的辅助降血糖血脂功效。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Jiantangbao herbal extract(JTB)on reducing blood glucose and blood lipid,and to preliminarily explore its mechanism.Methods:Hypoglycemic effect evaluation:To establish a mouse model of diabetes induced by alloxan,and determine the fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and the area under the curve of blood sugar in the diabetes model.To judge the hypoglycemic effect of JTB.Evaluation of blood lipid lowering effica-cy:To establish the mixed hyperlipidemia model of rats,and to determine the serum total cholesterol(TC)which blood samples were taken without fasting,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipo-protein cholesterol(LDL-C),oxidized high density lipoprotein cholesterol(ox HDL),oxidized low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ox LDL),apolipoprotein A1(apo-A1)Apolipoproteinβ(Apo-β)level.To judge the hypolipidemic effect of JTB.Results:JTB had no effect on blood glucose in normal mice.High dose of JTB for a long time could improve blood glucose level in diabetic mice.JTB can significantly increase the contents of HDL-C and Apo-A1 in serum of hyperlipi-demia model rats,and has no effects on TC,TG,LDL-C,ox HDL,ox LDL and Apo-βThere was no significant effect on the level.Conclusion:JTB has auxiliary hypoglycemic and lipid lowering effect to some extend.
