摘要
从应对新冠肺炎疫情及其他流行病的成效来看,全球公共卫生治理存在公共卫生产品供给质量水平低,全球卫生合作不足的困境。全球公共卫生治理不仅需要多元的主体、先进的理念、完善的机制和工具,也需要系统性思维。人类命运共同体的统筹和整合思维为全球公共卫生治理变革提供了路径:完善全球公共卫生产品供给机制建设、增进各类行为体间的合作。
By observing the results of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and other pandemics,we could find out obvious deficiencies in the current global public health governance,which are the poor supply of public goods,and insufficient health cooperation.Global public health governance requires diverse actors,prominent ideas,sound mechanisms and tools,and systematic thoughts.The overall planning and integration thought of The Community with a Shared Future for Mankind provides ways to enhance global public governance efficiency,which are refining the global public health goods supply mechanisms and promoting cooperation among various actors.
