摘要 本文研究了一种利用分子筛吸附和RTO脱附联合净化有机废气的工艺,阐述了分子筛吸附和RTO脱附各自的工作原理和优缺点,以及两种技术联合净化的原理。通过实验研究,选用合适的分子筛吸附剂和RTO脱附条件可以有效净化有机废气,净化效率可达到91.8%以上。本研究旨在探究分子筛吸附+RTO脱附联合净化技术在有机废气处理中的应用效果,为有机废气净化技术的研究和开发提供一定参考。 In this paper,a process for purifying organic waste gas by molecular sieve adsorption and RTO desorption was studied.The working principle,advantages and disadvantages of molecular sieve adsorption and RTO desorption,as well as the principle of joint purification of the two technologies,were expounded.Through experimental research,the selection of suitable molecular sieve adsorbent and RTO desorption conditions can effectively purify organic waste gas,and the purification efficiency can reach more than 91.8%.This study aims to explore the application effect of molecular sieve adsorption+RTO desorption combined purification technology in organic waste gas treatment,and provide a certain reference for the research and development of organic waste gas purification technology.
