摘要
采用后合成法制备了具有微介孔结构的ZSM-5-SBA-15复合分子筛,以其为吸附剂进行了脱除碱性氮的动力学实验,并采用3种典型的吸附动力学数学模型进行了模拟计算。结果表明:吸附过程以液膜控制为主,拟二级动力学模型较好描述碱性氮化物在ZSM-5-SBA-15复合分子筛的吸附情况;吸附脱氮的表观吸附活化能E=13.92 kJ/mol,吸附过程为化学吸附。
ZSM-5-SBA-15 composite molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal post-synthesis method..Three typical adsorption kinetic mathematical models were applied to fit the denitrogenation experiment.show that the adsorption kinetics of basic nitrogenous compounds on ZSM-5-SBA-15 composite molecular sieve the Quasi-second-order dynamics modelmainly the liquid film control mechanism.Its apparent adsorption activation energy was calculated to be E=13.92 kJ/mol and the adsorption process was determined chemical adsorption.
