摘要
随着工业制造的不断发展,橡胶的需求量不断增大,与此同时不可避免地产生大量的VOCs排放。以某橡胶企业VOCs治理项目为例,针对当前排放的主要类型,基于沸石分子筛吸附浓缩技术和蓄热式热氧化处理技术设计三级干式过滤系统,使得废气通过前置的过滤器后,送至沸石分子筛转轮的吸附区,通过蓄热室加热氧化燃烧处理,并且模块化设计了系统的PLC自控控制系统,实现了橡胶企业的VOCs高效能治理。
With the continuous development of industrial manufacturing,the demand for rubber continues to increase,and at the same time,a large amount of VOCs emissions will inevitably be generated.This article takes the VOCs treatment project of a rubber enterprise as an example,for the main types of current emissions,a three-stage dry filtration system is designed based on zeolite molecular sieve adsorption concentration technology and regenerative thermal oxidation(RTO)treatment technology.After passing through the pre-filter,the exhaust gas is sent to the adsorption area of the zeolite molecular sieve runner,and passed through the regenerator heating and oxidation combustion treatment,and the PLC automatic control system of the system is modularly designed for realizing efficient governance for VOCs in the rubber factory.
