摘要
我国经济发展不断加快,新特点新需求不断凸显,资产评估专业学位教育面临新的机遇与挑战。高校作为资产评估人才培养单位和专业学位教育的主力军,应当在新文科背景和新经济形势下顺势而为,创新人才培养模式,打造与数字经济时代相适应的资产评估学科。本文以近年来经济社会对资产评估学科的需要为切入点,从产、学、研、教以及教育机制建设等方面分析当前资产评估专业学位教育为达到新文科的要求所作的实践探索,并从师资引育、产教融合、顺应行业数字化转型等方向提出具体改进措施,为新文科背景下资产评估学科的建设提供一定的参考。中央财经大学对资产评估专业学位教育现代化建设进行了有益的探索,实施过程中的总结和思考也可能为进一步完善资产评估人才培养体系,创新资产评估人才培养模式,提高资产评估人才培养质量提供重要启示。
The rapid growth of China’s economy presents new features and brings new demands,opportunities and challenges for professional degree education in assets appraisal.In response to this change and the demand on reforming China’s new humanities and social sciences education,universities need to modernize their talent training modes and create disci⁃plines that are suited to the digital economy.To this end,this paper analyzes the practical exploration that has been made in assets appraisal industry,research,teaching and education mechanism,and proposes specific measures in the aspects of introducing and cultivating high quality faculty,deepening industry-university integration and adapting to the industry’s digital transformation.Central University of Finance and Economics has started practical exploration to innovate its as⁃sets appraisal degree education.Our conclusions and reflections from this practice are expected to inspire further attempts to optimize the cultivation system,innovate the cultivation mode and improve the cultivation quality in assets appraisal de⁃gree education.
