摘要
以“元宇宙”视角对新闻传播人才的培养目标、路径进行研究,旨在解析媒体数智化的新格局、新重点,在元宇宙的空间维度中,公域新闻权威性、私域传播社交化对于从业者知识、素养和数智生产、传播、运营技能提出更高要求,阐明数字社会沟通场域主导的新闻传播人才培养的范式机理,人才培养成长逻辑梳理为个体特征、能力结构与社会资源协同、调度的实现方式。虚拟空间话术沟通、引导、传播亟需高校的新闻传播专业人才培养在规范的框架中更新成长、发展理念的逻辑系统。
From the perspective of“Metaverse”,this paper conducts research on the training objectives and paths of news communication talents,aiming to analyze the new pattern and new focus of digital intelligence in the media.Humanization puts forward higher requirements for practitioners knowledge,literacy,and digital intelligence production,communication,and operation skills,and clarifies the paradigm mechanism of news communication talent training dominated by the digital social communication field.The growth logic of talent training is combed into individual characteristics,ability structure and social resource collaboration and scheduling implementation.The communication,guidance,and dissemination of virtual space speech skills urgently require the cultivation of journalism and communication professionals in colleges and universities to update the logical system of growth and development concepts within a standardized framework.
