摘要
工匠精神是中国共产党精神谱系的重要组成部分,具有重要的时代价值与教育意义。工匠精神融入“大思政”育人体系,将有效提高思政育人的实效,优化思政的育人功能。工匠精神融入“大思政”育人体系存在可行性和合理性,二者在价值上存在着契合性。一是工匠精神与“大思政”育人目标具有统一性。价值目标中,工匠精神与社会主义核心价值观相契合;教育目标中,工匠精神与应用型人才的培养目标相契合;实践目标中,工匠精神与产业转型升级的内在要求相契合。二是工匠精神与“大思政”育人基因相同。同时,工匠精神与“大思政”课程育人的理路融合可以分为“三维两课”,即从国家观维度、公民维度、价值维度总体设计,具体将工匠精神融入思政课和课程思政之中。工匠精神赋能“大思政”育人体系需要建构新的融合体,可以通过厚植富有工匠特色的校园文化,打造具有“匠心”的教师团队,完成建构共同体的任务,最终实现立德树人根本任务。
As an important part of the spiritual inheritance of the CPC,craftsmanship spirit has important time value and educational significance.The integration of craftsmanship spirit into the“great thought and politics”education system is feasible and reasonable,and will effectively improve the ideological and political education since there is a compatibility between the two in terms of value.Firstly,the educational goal of the two is unified because the craftsmanship spirit is consistent with the socialist core values,matches the training goals of applied talents and agrees with the inherent requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading.Secondly the craftsmanship spirit and the“great ideological and political”education have the same gene.The integration of the two can be divided into“three dimensions and two courses”,that is,the overall design can be conducted through three dimensions of the nation,the citizen and the value,and specifically integrating craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political courses and the ideological and political education in class.By deeply planting a campus culture with craftsman characteristics,building a teacher team with“craftsmanship spirit”,and completing the task of establishing a shared community,the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people will ultimately be achieved.
