摘要
目的:综合护理管理对创伤性骨折患者睡眠质量及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九○九医院骨科收治的创伤性骨折患者196例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组98例。对照组接受常规化护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受综合护理措施,比较分析2组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组治疗依从率为96.94%,高于对照组的87.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不依从率3.06%,低于对照组的12.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,患者的临床睡眠、疼痛问题明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者的睡眠质量改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的睡眠,疼痛感改善效果更优。结论:综合护理管理可提升创伤性骨折患者睡眠质量,减少临床疼痛感,护理效果理想,可推广应用。
Objective:The effect of comprehensive nursing management on sleep quality and pain in patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:A total of 196 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to 909 Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the People′s Liberation Army from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the computer random method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of the control group received comprehensive nursing measures,compare the clinical nursing effect of patients.Results:The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 96.94%,which was higher than 87.76%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The non-compliance rate in the observation group was 3.06%,lower than 12.24%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)The clinical problems of sleep and pain were obvious before nursing,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality of the two groups of patients improved significantly,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group of patients with sleep,pain improvement effect is better.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management can improve the sleep quality of traumatic fracture patients,reduce clinical pain,nursing effect is ideal,can be popularized.
