摘要
目的分析疼痛康复干预在创伤性骨折患者术后应用对其康复的影响效果。方法选择2019年1月~12月在我院接受治疗的创伤性骨折患者88例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予疼痛康复干预护理。比较干预后两组疼痛、睡眠质量、生活能力以及运动功能变化情况。结果干预后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组安眠药物评分、日间功能评分、睡眠效率评分、入睡时间评分、睡眠障碍评分、睡眠时间评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Barthel评分及Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤性骨折患者术后实施疼痛康复干预可有效缓解患者术后疼痛感,提高患者睡眠质量、生活能力以及运动功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of pain rehabilitation intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fractures after surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients with traumatic fractures who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given pain rehabilitation intervention nursing.The changes in pain,sleep quality,living ability and motor function were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group's sleep medication score,day function score,sleep efficiency score,sleep time score,sleep disorder score,and sleep time score were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative pain rehabilitation intervention for patients with traumatic fractures can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve the quality of sleep,life ability and motor function of patients.
