摘要
在地国际化深度拓展了高等教育国际化的内涵与外延。无论是基于价值意义还是工具意义,在地国际化与中国的“双一流”建设具有较高的“耦合性”。推动在地国际化实践理应成为深化“双一流”建设的重要议题。“双一流”高校应以“全面的国际化”为实践目标,既要基于传统范式寻求更高质量的资源积累与能力提升,又要从理念和实践形式上强化创新与变革意识,以提升学生的国际化学习体验与加强国际化发展的治理能力为根本依归,推动在地国际化实践的体系化发展,为中国高等教育国际化的可持续发展提供新的助力。
Internationalization at Home(IAH)has deeply expanded the connotation and extension of higher education internationalization.Whether it is based on value or instrumental significance,IAH echoes to China's"Double First-Class"construction.Promoting IAH should become an important issue in deepening the construction of"Double First-Class"."Double first-class"universities should take"Comprehensive Internationalization"(CI)as the goal.They should not only focus on accumulating higher-quality resource and improving their ability based on traditional paradigms,but also strengthening the awareness of innovating and changing the concepts and action forms."Double first-class"universities should take the improvement of students'international learning experience and the strengthening of the governance ability of international development as the fundamental basis,which will be the key to promote the systematic development of IAH.It will undoubtedly provide new support for the sustainable development of China's higher education internationalization.
