摘要
帕金森病属中医颤病范畴,从肝脾肾论治者较多。基于《黄帝内经》“肺者,气之本也”及颤病相关文献,从中医学整体观辨证出发,分析肺的生理功能与帕金森非运动症状的病因病机,认为肺与帕金森病非运动症状密切相关。从肺论治可以拓宽帕金森病的中医诊疗思路。
Parkinson's disease belongs to the category of tremor diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,while many people treat it based on the theory of liver,spleen and kidney.Based on The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine which expounds that"the lung is the origin of qi"and the related literatures on tremor diseases,the physiological function of lung and the etiology and pathogenesis of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease are analyzed by syndrome differentiation of whole view of traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that the lung is closely related to non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.Treating Parkinson's disease based on the theory of lung can broaden the ideas of diagnosis and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine.
