全球价值链嵌入、产业结构升级与城市碳排放效率——来自中国地级城市层面的经验证据 被引量:2

Global Value Chain Embeddedness,Industrial Structure Upgrading and Urban Carbon Emission Efficiency:Empirical Evidence from Prefecture-level Cities in China

摘要 选取2011—2020年中国地级城市面板数据,从产业结构升级视角出发,实证探析全球价值链嵌入对城市碳排放效率的影响。研究发现:全球价值链嵌入能够显著提升城市碳排放效率,在经过工具变量法、更换计量模型等稳健性检验后,该结论依然成立;产业结构升级是全球价值链嵌入影响城市碳排放效率的重要传导机制;借助面板门限模型检验发现,全球价值链嵌入对城市碳排放效率的提升作用存在产业结构门限特征。据此,应持续深化全球价值链嵌入程度、建立差异化碳减排机制、统筹兼顾产业结构高级化与合理化协调发展,全面提升城市碳排放效率。 Based on the panel data of prefecture-level cities in China during 2011—2020,it empirically examines the impact of global value chain embeddedness on urban carbon emission efficiency from the perspective of industrial structure upgrading.It shows that global value chain embeddedness can significantly improve urban carbon emission efficiency.After a series of robustness tests,such as instrumental variable method and changing measurement model,this conclusion still holds.Industrial structure upgrading is an important transmission mechanism of global value chain embeddedness affecting urban carbon emission efficiency.Further testing using the panel threshold model reveals that the embedding of global value chains has an industrial structure threshold characteristic in enhancing urban carbon emission efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously deepen the degree of global value chain embeddedness,to establish differentiated carbon emission reduction mechanism,to take into account the coordinated development of industrial structure upgrading and rationalization,so as to comprehensively improve urban carbon emission efficiency.
