摘要
现代产业体系建设是我国现代化经济体系建设的核心内容。研究如何构建区域现代产业体系发展水平的评价体系,对于评估各区域现代产业体系发展状况、加快我国现代产业体系建设及实现区域协调发展具有重要意义。本文以全国地级市2008~2019年面板数据为样本,采用特定方法计算各地区现代产业体系发展的综合指数,并根据计算指数,描述了我国现代产业体系发展趋势和空间特征。结果显示,我国现代产业体系发展水平整体呈逐年上升的趋势。研究在将现代产业体系评价指数分解为多个一级指标评价指数后,发现分项指标增长速度存在显著差异。异质性分析结果则发现,不同地区现代产业体系发展水平有所不同,而且城市之间产业体系发展差距会随时间推移而逐渐缩小。
The construction of modern industrial system is the core content of the construction of China’s modern economic system.It is of great significance to study how to construct the evaluation system of the development level of the regional modern industrial system for evaluating the development status of the regional modern industrial system,speeding up the construction of China’s modern industrial system and achieving the coordinated development of the regions.This paper uses the panel data of prefecture-level cities across the country from 2008 to 2019 as a sample,and uses a specific method to calculate the comprehensive index of the development of the modern industrial system in each region.And according to the calculation index,this paper describes the development trend and spatial characteristics of China’s modern industrial system.The results show that the overall development level of China’s modern industrial system shows an upward trend year by year.After decomposing the modern industrial system evaluation index into multiple first-level index evaluation indexes,the research finds that there are significant differences in the growth rates of sub-indices.The results of heterogeneity analysis finds that the development level of modern industrial systems in different regions is different,and the development gap of industrial systems between cities will gradually narrow over time.
