摘要
按照福建省《乡村振兴战略实施细则》,福建省农业农村厅规划建设了福建省乡村振兴信息系统,该系统分为后台管理子系统、PC网站应用信息子系统和微信公众号应用信息子系统。论述了系统总体架构、建设内容、数据流程、应用架构和系统功能等方面的优势和特点,针对系统不足提出了改进建议,总结分析了系统经济社会效益,为系统的改造升级提供了成熟的规划思路。
According to"Detailed Rules for Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy of Fujian Province",Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Fujian Province has planned and constructed the"Fujian Rural Revitalization Information System",which was divided into background management subsystem,PC website application information subsystem and the WeChat official account application information subsystem.Overall system architecture,construction content,data flow,application architecture,and system functions were planned and designed.Advantages of system were discussed and its promotion and application was recommended.Suggestions for improvement were proposed in response to shortcomings of the system,and economic and social benefits of the system were summarized and analyzed,providing a mature planning approach for transformation and upgrading of the system.
