摘要
城乡基础设施互联互通,城乡基本公共服务均等化,公共服务向农村延伸、社会事业向农村覆盖,建设美丽宜居乡村等方面是实施乡村振兴战略、实现城乡融合发展的重要内容。在中央提出乡村振兴战略的大背景下,本文首先基于全国农村人居环境信息系统开展基础评价,分析广东省恩平市乡村发展的现状特征,提出推动乡村振兴实施的乡村建设目标和美好图景,进而提出以发展特色产业、三产融合为基础构建乡村空间体系、塑造特色风貌、提升设施服务水平等一系列乡村建设的规划实施路径。
Interconnection of urban and rural infrastructure,equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas,extension of public services to the countryside,social undertakings to the countryside,and construction of beautiful and livable countryside are the important contents of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and realizing the integration of urban and rural development.Under the background that the central government put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper firstly carries out the basic evaluation based on the National Rural Human Settlements Environment Information System.It analyzes the characteristics of rural development in Enping City,puts forward the objectives and beautiful prospect of rural construction to promote the implementation of rural revitalization,and then puts forward the development of characteristic industries and the integration of three industries as the basis.A series of planning implementation paths of rural construction are proposed to construct rural space system,to mold the characteristic style and features,and to enhance the service level of facilities.
