福建省畜禽生产监测系统的规划设计与思考 被引量:1

摘要 为落实福建省委省政府建设“生态农业、品牌农业、智慧农业”的战略目标,福建省农业农村厅在福建“农业云131”一期工程的基础上,规划建设了“福建省畜禽生产监测系统”。该系统包括猪价监测和畜禽产品监测两个子系统。本文介绍了两个子系统的建设内容,列举了数据填报、数据审核、报表管理及数据报送等业务流程,展示了“福建省畜禽生产监测系统”的应用架构及技术架构,并针对现存的监测范围有限,缺少智能采集及数据校验模块等不足,提出了扩大监测范围,新增智能数据采集、校验功能,构建畜禽产品供需分析和预警模型等建议,以期为畜禽生产数据采集、验证提供应用支撑。 In order to achieve the strategic goal of building“ecological agriculture,brand agriculture and intelligent agriculture”required by Fujian Party Committee and Government,a“livestock and poultry production monitoring system”was planned and built by Fujian Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs based on the phase Ⅰ project of“agricultural cloud 131”,which was divided into two subsystems for monitoring pig price and livestock and poultry products,respectively. In the paper,the construction contents of the two subsystems were introduced,their business processes such as data filling,data review,report management and data submission were described,and its structure of application and technology was demonstrated. Then,based on its shortages including limited monitoring scope,lack of the modules for intelligent data collection and verification,targeted recommendations were put forward,including expanding monitoring scope,adding the functions of intelligent data collection and verification,and constructing the models for analysis on supply and demand of livestock and poultry production as well as early warning,with a view to supporting future application of data collection and verification.
