摘要
本文主要阐述了氧化铝生产中大型搅拌设备-槽顶梁的设计方法及其优化思路,并以某氧化铝项目中的种分槽为例,应用有限元分析对该设备中槽顶梁的力学性能、载荷情况、稳定性进行了有限元分析计算,提出优化解决方案,并对其进行校核计算加以综合验证。在保证工程设计可靠性的基础上,最大限度地优化了工程材料使用量,最终实现了槽顶梁的工程优化设计。
This paper mainly describes the design method and optimization ideas for the top beam of large agitating tank in alumina production.Taking the seed precipitation tank of one alumina project as an example,the finite element analysis and calculation for mechanical properties,load conditions and stability of the top beam in such equipment are carried out via ANSYS software,with the optimization solution proposed,and the calculation is checked for comprehensive verification.On the basis of ensuring the reliability of engineering design to maximize the use of engineering materials,the engineering optimization design of the top beam is thus achieved.
