摘要
针对新能源车用硬质铝合金挤压型材力学性能偏低、力学性能稳定性差、型材开裂以及水淬后型材弯曲扭拧的缺陷。文中分析产品性能,并对模具结构进行分析和优化。结果表明:优化后的模具结构能成功地改善型材力学性能,表面质量和尺寸精度,是一种可以复制推广的模具结构。
Aiming at the defects of low mechanical properties,poor mechanical stability,cracking of profiles and bending and twisting of profiles after water quenching.This paper adjust the production situation,and the structure of the die was analyzed and optimized.The results show that the optimized mold structure can successfully improve the mechanical properties,surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the profiles,it is a kind of mold structure that can be copied and promoted.
