摘要
国有企业作为引领科技发展的排头兵,承担着贯彻落实国家发展战略的使命,对实现高水平科技自立自强、建设科技强国发挥着至关重要的作用,必须一以贯之地提升其自主创新能力。在我国科技创新的发展进程中,国有企业始终坚持独立自主、自力更生,走中国特色自主创新道路。本文通过回顾国有企业独立自主科技创新的实践并总结其成功经验发现,在新时代背景下,必须继续提升国有企业的创新力,以此增强国有企业竞争力、控制力、影响力和抗风险能力,从而推动构建新发展格局,实现高质量发展,助力我国加快实现高水平科技自立自强。
As the vanguard of leading technological development,SOEs bear the mission of implementing national development strategy,and play a crucial role in achieving high-level technological self-reliance and building a technology powerhouse.Thus,their independent innovation capabilities must be continuously enhanced.In technological innovation,SOEs have always adhered to independence,self-reliance,and followed the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics.By reviewing the practice of independent sci-tech innovation of SOEs and summarizing their successful experience,it is found that in the new era,it is necessary to continue to enhance the innovation capability of SOEs,so as to bolster their competitiveness,control,influence and anti-risk ability,thereby promoting the formation of a new development pattern,achieving high-quality development,and helping China accelerate the realization of high-level sci-tech self-reliance.
