摘要
劳动教育是贯彻实施高职院校思想政治理论课(以下简称思政课)教学理念的重要载体,思政课教学是提升劳动教育价值的关键所在。将劳动教育与思政课教学二者有机融合实现协同育人的目标是高职院校发展的重要使命。通过融通共建机制、完善教学体系、整合教学资源、加强师资队伍建设、制定科学考核评价体系等方法,探索构建协同育人的实施路径,以此促进学生的全面发展。
Labor education is an important carrier for implementing the teaching concept of ideological and political theory courses(hereinafter referred to as ideological and political courses)in higher vocational colleges,and the teaching of ideological and political courses is the key to promoting the value of labor education.Integrating labor education and ideological and political education organically to achieve the goal of collaborative education is an important mission for the development of higher vocational colleges.Explore the implementation path of constructing collaborative education by integrating and co-constructing mechanisms,improving teaching systems,integrating teaching resources,strengthening the construction of teachers,and establishing a scientific assessment and evaluation system in order to promote the comprehensive development of students.
