摘要
在新时代加强劳动教育的大背景下,为了落实立德树人根本任务,发挥劳动教育的育人功能,需要以五育融合为载体,立足人的全面发展,发挥协同育人效应。高职思政课与劳动教育在育人目标、内容、载体、方法上具有内在的契合性。劳动教育融入高职院校思政课教学,发挥协同育人效应,就是要解决“何以要融”“何以可融”“何为融入”“何以融入”等一系列问题,最终实现如下目标:在实践层面,探索劳动教育融入思政课教学的具体路径,搭建育人载体,创新教学方法,实施具体可行的解决方案;在操作层面,提供劳动教育融入高校思政课教学的可复制、可推广的示范案例。
Under the grand background of strengthening labor education in the new era,in order to enhance the fundamental tasks of enhancing virtue and cultivating talents and exploit the unique function of labor education,it is necessary to take the five all-round education as the vehicle,focus on people’s full development,and perform the function of collaborative education.Ideological and political courses of vocational colleges have an inner consistency with labor education in terms of the target,content,vehicle,and method.To integrate labor education into ideological and political courses of vocational schools and to perform the effect of collaborative education is to solve a series of question of“why we integrate”,“what we can integrate”,“what is defined as being integrated”and“how we can integrate”,and finally accomplish the tasks.In the dimension of practice,it is to explore the specific approach of labor education integrating into ideological and political courses,to construct the vehicle,to innovate teaching methods,and exploit specific practical approaches.In the dimension of operation,it is to provide duplicable and generalizable model cases of labor education integrating into courses.
