摘要
随着建筑公司和施工人员数量的增加,工程质量事故的发生也随之增加。PDCA作为一种整体的管理系统,为新一代的安全信息管理提供了有效的推进方法。但在实际操作中,PDCA循环法也存在着有待完善的地方。文章主要介绍了施工安全管理的内涵,阐述了PDCA的主要概念,分析了将PDCA循环原理结合于施工项目安全管理中的应用,以及改进措施对提高工程项目安全管理水平。
With the increase of construction companies and construction personnel,the occurrence of engineering quality accidents also increases.As a whole management system,PDCA provides an effective promotion method for the new generation of safety information management.But in practice,the PDCA circulation method also has some problems to be improved.This paper mainly introduces the connotation of construction safety management,expounds on the main concepts of PDCA,analyzes the application of the PDCA circulation principle in construction project safety management,and the improvement measures to improve the level of project safety management.
