施工项目安全管理 ,是保证项目施工中避免人员伤亡、财物损毁 ,追求最佳效益的需要 ,也是保证施工项目的工期、质量和项目工程功能最佳实现的需要。
The purposes of safety management of project construction are the needs of avoiding workers injured, decreasing property lost, pursuing the best effect, and also ensuring construction finished in time, in good quality and with the best function. In this paper, main contents of safety management of project construction and practical management methods in 10 aspects were discussed systematically.
