摘要
随着时代的发展,安全生产越来越受到施工企业的重视,为保障生产安全,HSE管理理念,即健康、安全和环境,便应运而生,其目的是为了避免事故的发生。本文通过施工企业建立职业健康安全与环境管理体系的需要,深入贯彻HSE管理理念,分析事故发生的原因及防范措施。
With the development of the times, the construction enterprises pay more attention to the safety production. In order to guarantee the production safety, the HSE management philosophy, namely health, safety and environment, emerges in order to avoid the accidents. According to the construction enterprises’ need of establishing occupational health and safety and environmental management, this paper thoroughly implements the HSE management philosophy and analyzes the causes of accidents and preventive measures.
