数字化时代老年代际学习:内涵、逻辑与路向

摘要 以数字知识和技术为代际社会地位核心竞争力的当下,老年一代成为了“信息匮乏者”,这制约着老年群体终身学习的实现。代际学习增加了老年群体获得数字知识与技术的可能性,但老年代际学习尚未形成清晰的行动实践范式。从老年代际学习的内涵与表征出发,基于“个体-家庭-集体”的社会体系明确老年代际学习的实践逻辑,有助于建构老年群体的个体生命价值实现的实践路径以及数字化时代下一体化的终身学习格局。 Knowledge and technology have become the core competitiveness of intergenerational social status.The older generation of non-netizens has become"information-starved",whose realization of lifelong learning also could be restricted.Intergenerational learning has increased the possibility for the elderly to acquire digital knowledge and technology,but the Intergenerational learning in the old age and the academic circles have not formed a clear action practice paradigm.Starting from the connotation and representation of the Intergenerational learning,constructing the action logic of the Intergenerational learning based on the social system of individual-family-group is helpful to construct the practical path to realize the individual life value of the elderly group and the integrated lifelong learning pattern in the information age.
