摘要
当前我国体育教师职前教育已经严重滞后于快速发展的基础教育体育课程改革实践。新时代国家出台了一系列加强职前教育的相关政策。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,得出职前体育教师教学能力发展存在培养方案有待完善,术科教学形态单一;教师教学能力层次不齐,整体监管力度较差;学生认知思维薄弱,能力评价指标不健全等问题。建议通过重构人才培养方案,推动体育教育专业课程体系改革;社会力量共同参与,完善高校教师教学监管体系;培养学生教学兴趣,强化认知思维能力的增长。
The current pre service education of physical education teachers in China has seriously lagged behind the rapid development of basic education physical education curriculum reform practice.In the new era,the country has introduced a series of policies to strengthen pre employment education.By using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,it is concluded that there is a need for improvement in the development of teaching abilities for pre service physical education teachers,and the teaching form of technical subjects is single.The level of teaching ability of teachers is uneven,and the overall supervision is poor;Students have weak cognitive thinking and inadequate ability evaluation indicators.It is suggested to promote the reform of the curriculum system of physical education majors by restructuring the talent cultivation plan,social forces participate together to improve the teaching supervision system of university teachers,and cultivate students'interest in teaching and strengthen the growth of cognitive thinking abilities.
