响应面法分析氮磷钾肥对青稞品系13-5171-7产量的影响

Analyzing the Effect of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Fertilizer on Barley 13-5171-7 Yield by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为明确氮磷钾肥对青稞品系13-5171-7产量及产量因子的影响,利用响应面软件设计CCD三因素五水平优化试验,建立13-5171-7产量及因子模型,寻求最佳氮、磷、钾配施方案。结果表明回归模型显著,氮、磷、钾肥对13-5171-7产量构成因子均有显著影响,对千粒质量、穗粒数影响排序为N>K>P,P>N>K;当N,P_(2)O_(5),K_(2)O施用量分别为121.26,220.80,93.82 kg/hm^(2)时,13-5171-7产量最大,为389.22 kg/667 m^(2)。 In order to clarify the impact of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers on the yield of highland barley line 13-5171-7,response surface software was used to design a CCD three factor and five level optimization experiment,establish a yield and factor model for 13-5171-7,and seek the optimal nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizer combination scheme.The results showed that the regression model was significant,and nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers had significant effects on the yield components of 13-5171-7.The order of effects on 1000-grainweight and grain number per spike was N>K>P,P>N>K,respectively.When the application rates of N,P_(2)O_(5),and K_(2)O were 121.26,220.80,and 93.82 kg/hm^(2),respectively,the maximum yield of 13-5171-7 was 389.22 kg/667 m^(2).
