冬播小麦品种主要品质性状的基因型与环境及其互作效应分析 被引量:87

摘要 选择冬播麦区9个小麦主产省份有代表性的9个品种,分别在9个省份种植,对其品质性状进行系统分析表明,品质指标在不同小麦品种以及不同地点之间存在显著差异;其中蛋白质含量、形成时间的环境作用大于基因型作用;沉降值、硬度、稳定时间、延伸性和拉伸面积的基因型作用大于环境作用。通过AMMI模型(主效可加互作可乘)对基因型和环境互作对部分品质性状的影响进行分析,品种和环境互作程度比较大的为四川试点,比较小的为陕西和河南试点;同时,不同品种的不同品质指标有不同的适宜区,对于沉降值而言,陕65在四川有好的适宜性,对于稳定时间,豫麦70在山东、河南有好的适宜性。 Nine leading wheat cultivars, from 9 wheat producing province, respectively, were planted in these provincesin wheat growing season in 2001-2002. Wheat quality traits were tested and analyzed. The result showed that there weresignificant differences of wheat quality parameters among wheat cultivars and planting sites. Effects of environment onprotein content and development time were greater than genotype, but effects of genotype were greater on sedimentationvalue, hardness, stability time, extensibility and area in Extensograph. Analysis of additive main effects and multiplicativeinteraction (AMMI) indicated that the experimental site in Sichuan Province had a higher interactive effects of genotypeand environment (GE), but the sites in both Shaanxi and Henan Province had lower interactive effects. Meanwhile,different planting areas were favorable for some quality traits of wheat cultivars. For examples, the site in Sichuan Provincewas appropriate for cultivar Shan65 according to sedimentation, the sites in Shandong and Henan Provinces were suitablefor cultivar Yumai70 on stability time.
