摘要
本文对创新创业能力培养方法、教师团队及评价体系进行了研究和实践,建立以双创活动为基础,兴趣为驱动,能力培养为核心,需求为导向的双创人才培养模式。通过对2019—2021年三年的实践成果分析,结果表明:学生在创新创业意识和能力等方面均得到显著提高。
This article conducts research and practice on the methods,teacher teams,and evaluation system for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and establishes a talent cultivation mode for innovation and entrepreneurship based on"innovation and entrepreneurship"activities,driven by interests,centered on ability cultivation,and demand oriented.Through the analysis of practical achievements from 2019 to 2021,the results show that students have significantly improved their awareness and abilities in innovation and entrepreneurship.
