摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜直肠癌切除术后开展早期分阶段式康复干预的效果。方法 选取江苏省中医院2019年10月~2022年09月收治的腹腔镜直肠癌切除术后患者102例,随机数表法分为两组,观察组51例采用早期分阶段式康复干预,对照组51例采用常规康复干预,对比两组干预后胃肠功能恢复情况、营养水平、疼痛改善情况、生活质量。结果 观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、初次排气时间、正常饮食恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后两组血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、总蛋白(TP)明显高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预7、10 d观察组长海痛尺评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组中文版生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜直肠癌切除术患者中应用早期分阶段式康复干预有助于胃肠功能的恢复,促进机体营养水平的改善,显著改善了患者生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of early stage rehabilitation intervention after laparoscopic rectal cancer resection.Methods A total of 102 cases of patients treated in our hospital after laparoscopic rectal cancer resection from October 2019 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization.51 cases in the study group received early stage rehabilitation intervention,and 51 cases in the control group received routine rehabilitation intervention.Gastrointestinal function recovery,nutritional level,pain improvement and life quality were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The intestinal sound recovery time,the first exhaust time and the normal diet recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ALB,PA,TP in the study group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Long sea pain ruler scores in the group at 7 and 10 days of intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of the Chinese version of the quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early stage rehabilitation intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer resection can faciliate gastrointestinal function recovery,promote improvement in body nutrition levels,and significantly enhance the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it is recommended for clinical application.
