摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科理念结合腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月间上海市宝山区罗店医院收治的70例结直肠癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组患者采用加速康复外科理念结合腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者采用常规开腹结直肠癌根治术配合常规围术期管理,比较两组患者的临床疗效、免疫功能和生活质量。结果观察组患者的临床疗效为94.3%,高于对照组的74.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的免疫功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者免疫功能改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者采用加速康复外科理念结合腹腔镜手术治疗,可提高患者的临床疗效,改善免疫功能和生活质量,值得临床进一步研究。
Objective To systematically analyze the efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods Seventy patients with colorectal cancer treated at Luodian Hospital were selected between March 2020 and March 2022. Using the random table method, they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 35 patients in each group. The observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery combined with laparoscopic surgery and the control group was treated with conventional open radical resection for colorectal cancer combined with conventional perioperative management. Clinical efficacy, function of the immune system, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy was 94.3% in the observation group which was higher than 74.3% of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in function of the immune system and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, compared with the control group, the immune function was significantly improved and quality of life score was high in the observation group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The enhanced recovery after surgery principal combined with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer can significantly improve the treatment efficacy function of the immune and quality of life, and it is worthy of further clinical research and reference.
