摘要
目的:观察布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗新生儿感染性肺炎(NIP)的效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年5月该院收治的96例NIP患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=48)与对照组(n=48)。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间、治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、用力呼气25%时瞬时流量(PEF25)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.92%(47/48),高于对照组的91.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、PEF25水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗NIP患儿可提高治疗总有效率和肺功能指标水平,缩短症状消失时间,其效果优于单纯盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Budesonide combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol treatment for neonatal infectious pneumonia(NIP).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 children with NIP admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to May 2022.They were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Ambroxol hydrochloride injection aerosol treatment,while the study group was treated with Budesonide suspension aerosol treatment on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom resolution time,the lung function index levels[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),instantaneous flow at 25%of forced expiratory flow(PEF25)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.92%(47/48),which was higher than 91.25%(39/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,the cough disappearance time,the lung moist rale disappearance time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and PEF25 in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Budesonide combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol treatment for the children with NIP can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of lung function indexes,and shorten the symptom resolution time.Moreover,it is superior to single Ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol treatment.
