摘要
目的探究微波照射联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果.方法选取本院2019年5月—2022年4月收治的96例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例.对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上采用微波照射治疗,两组均持续治疗10 d.记录两组患儿的症状消退时间,对比其治疗前后的肺功能,并统计不良反应发生率.结果观察组的肺部啰音、发热、肺部阴影、气促、咳嗽消退时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的最高呼气峰流速、用力肺活量及第1秒用力呼气容积分别为(2.68±0.38)L/s、(2.25±0.42)L、(1.97±0.31)L,均优于对照组的(2.26±0.33)L/s、(1.74±0.36)L、(1.59±0.25)L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论微波照射联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗能加快支原体肺炎患儿症状消退,促进其肺功能恢复,且安全性高,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of microwave irradiation combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation on children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with microwave irradiation on this basis.Both groups were treated for 10 days.The symptom remission time of the two groups was recorded,the pulmonary function before and after treatment were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated.Results The remission time of rales,fever,lung shadow,shortness of breath and cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second of the observation group were(2.68±0.38)L/s,(2.25±0.42)L,(1.97±0.31)L,respectively,which were better than(2.26±0.33)L/s,(1.74±0.36)L and(1.59±0.25)L of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Microwave irradiation combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can accelerate the symptoms remission of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,promote the recovery of pulmonary function.It has high safety,worthy of clinical use.
