摘要
在酸性介质中,β-萘酚、亚硝酸盐发生显色反应,增强共振光散射光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱,三聚氰胺显著改变萘酚-亚硝酸盐光谱性质,据此建立了单体系双模式测定三聚氰胺的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,体系紫外可见吸收和共振散射光强度变化值与三聚氰胺浓度呈线性关系,线性范围分别为0.50~30 mg/L和0~40 mg/L;方法检出限分别为0.48 mg/L和2.8 mg/L。该方法用于奶制样品中三聚氰胺分析,加标回收率在97.8%~107%之间。
The features of the reaction betweenβ-naphthol-nitrite and melamine had been investigated by UV and resonance scattering spectrometry based on the color reaction betweenβ-naphthol and nitrite in acid solution,which could be used to detect the melamine selectively and sensitively in dairy samples with satisfactory results.The linear ranges of the determination for melamine content were 0.50~30 mg/L by spectrophotometry and 0~40 mg/L by resonance scattering spectrometry method with the limit of detection 0.48 mg/L and 2.8 mg/L,respectively.The recovery experiment showed that the recovery was 97.8%~107%.
